Gave 4 stars because when I inquired about the sign inside the truck that says "if you sweep out the truck you will get a $25 credit to your bill" The employee did not know anything about this and even though the truck was completely cleaned out I DID NOT receive this credit.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisReturn was a bit of a problem as no one present to help. Had to download u-haul app and then had trouble because of bad cell service. However I was pleasantly surprised it worked in the end. However location to get equipment was convenient.
Stan HStop allowing people to rent a truck then call the day before and say it’s not available but you can call traffic to see if they can find one. Happened 2 weekends in a row and I had to drive an hour in opposite direction to pick it up. More than frustrating
TROY VThe attendant remembered me from a rental in January. I have mobility issues and was met when I drove in. I did not have to exit my tow vehicle. The lady even brought her computer to me and was very considerate of my handicap. Highly recommend this U Haul site.
JOHN HTrain the office attendents to “How to hook the safety chains up”. Like your videos show the customer.
