I enjoy U-Haul, this center was as good as any I've visted. However, after returning the trailer I rented I purchased my own, despite moving 4 mins from another center. 1) The advertised rate is never what I actually end up paying by $20-50. 2) The staff is always slow at the counter. They're working hard, but it took 20 minutes to get checked out. 3) There is always some disorder at the lot that takes another 10-15 min. This lot is not fit for the size of it's inventory and the staff is playing tetris with the trucks and trailers and cars are avoiding each other constantly. You provide an excellent service for those who need it, but renting a trailer is 1/5 the cost of buying one. If it was a seamless process, for 1/10 the value of a trailer I'd not have bought one.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI didn't drop it there. I dropped it off in China Grove so my responses are not accurate.
George RThe cab smelled like smoke and the windows had been left down, so there was rain water in the driver's side door. However, the truck worked well and the back was clean and ready, so I rated this a 4 out of 5.
