The is excellent over and beyond. But the trailer was horrible and bounced and fender damage. We think the wire harnesses faulty as well.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis is the local towing yard as well. Great guys and plenty of room for parking. One small area of opportunity, a U-Haul branded sign at the front wouldn't hurt, especially at night.

Karen NWe were booked to pick up the trailer in Strathmore on Friday, July 3rd. A credit of $50.00 should have been issued automatically to us in recognition of the cost and inconvenience for us to travel to Chestermere to pick up the trailer from Strathmore then travel back to Strathmore where we loaded our materials into the trailer. Thankyou for your services and the opportunity to contribute through your survey.
James LI was impressed. The staff were all friendly and respectful.
