Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery hard to get any help here. I stood in the lobby looking for someone for about 10-15 minutes that morning and nobody arrived. I finally figured out how to check in with the app, and found the attendant out in the parking lot with a bucket of keys. After getting my keys, it was once again totally hands off. Despite the parking lot being incredibly packed, there was no assistance from the attendant to exit the lot, nor was there any clear signage on how to exit the gated lot. It was very confusing especially while driving a large truck with no assistance.
Brian RIt was a car repair place with men working front desk very limited in knowledge of everything but they excepted the drop off
Katrice RSuper smooth pickup! Marcus was great.
Arturo BThe only complaint I have is the bad U-Haul system that requires users to upload our IDs to the website but it always glitches several times and then the agent has to do it manually anyways.
