Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy rental was made 3 weeks before the moving date at a very specific location based on where my storage unit was (also through U-Haul). The rental location was changed not once, but twice within 24 hours of the moving date. The location that it was moved to was a 3rd party facility that did not offer the proper gear for moving (ie dolly, moving pads, etc). When I tried to rent them from my U-Haul storage facility I was told I could not because the rental for the truck was now through a different property. When leaving the U-Haul truck rental location the app and website would not accept the photos for insurance and quality purposes and was instead uploading a blank, black image into the paper needed for a secure rental. I will not be using U-Haul in the future and am closing out my storage unit and changes locations to a different company.
MATTHEW BDwyane walked us through the process over the phone. It was a bit confusing without help being our first time doing this. He was amazing. He was extremely helpful and patient!
Chris RLocation is not safe to be around, especially at night.
FERNANDO AWe were not familiar with this location. So Much traffic it was hard to find a gas station. When we dropped it off he pointed one out but again traffic and location was not easy to get to
