Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe phone number for this drop off location on my rental agreement is incorrect and disconnected so you should fix that immediately. There were cars parked in the U-Haul spots so we had to wait one to leave. The gas station attendant was not helpful. Ultimately the U-Haul app worked.
Susan Hequipment not there
james cKey wasn’t available. Since key wasn’t available I wasn’t able to get my rental on time.
Quin OReal confusion between corporate and this gas station. No key number in the app meant it took an uncomfortable 30 minutes together the truck. The truck was dirty with an empty tank. Because something was wrong with the gas line the backflow preventer fired 25 times a gallon.
