Down range was up front that they had just started doing Uhauls. That bein said, they need training. The cab of the unit smelled like ASS, the windshield was dirty from being in a dirt lot, and it sounded/felt like a the Tie Rods are loose. When I returned it, they had no idea what to do. I finally had to leave and trust that it was going to get figured out later. I called 2 hours later to check and could not get an answer then either. I left my number hoping for a call letting me know we were good. Never got that call. These are facts. Please train your 3rd party dealers.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAutomated truck pick up system does not work correctly (or at least didn’t in my case). Took about half an hour of trying to get it to work and then waiting on hold for someone to help me. Someone needs to review how a reservation can be made. that gets rerouted to an automated pick up site and shows that it is an invalid reservation for automated pick up…. I will not use the automated pick up drop off surface in the future
