The truck worked well. My only issue was that after I had loaded it and start on my move from BC to Saskatchewan I came upon a windy section of the highway and the hood started to lift. I pulled over to find that both latches were not secured. I don't think it is something that most customers would think to check before their journey. Maybe you could remind your maintenance staff to do so.

Clint IAll went well it was after business hours about 5:30 pm the same day we picked up the trailer and we called ahead and the lady was there to show us where to park the trailer,

Gordon JCustomer service was terrible. First we were told to wait outside as the guy inside was doing 3 pick ups, 20 minutes later we finally gave up and walked inside dropped the keys and asked him to send my refund when he checks in the truck as I don’t have time to stand around all day. The guy called me two hours later stating my refund would be done by e-transfer and be in my account within the hour and it is now 10 hours later and still no refund has went into my account. The U-Haul experience in BC is ridiculous and managed very poorly.
