Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt was very easy to rent the process was smooth
Kathy gNot sure why I had to pay an extra 18 dollars to drop off after hours. This is listed as a convenience fee. It is literally no extra work for the business. I took all the pictures and uploaded everything to the U-Haul website. It even stipulates that another family may pick this vehicle up while they are closed.
Christopher VThe location did not open at the time listed but once they came in I was helped professionally.
ROBERTO QThe location is conveniently located near the 805 South Bay Freeway, which is good. The office itself is in automotive garage. It would be nice if the U-Haul rental could be in a separate office. However, the person who attended to us was very courteous and professional. Nothing but good tings about the service itself.
