Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe gas tank was completely empty and the tires were low on air
Leah SI wasn’t told that I had to bring the truck right back where I got it. They didn’t explain anything to me but took an extra $200 from my account & now I’m stuck trying to figure out how I’m gonna get to work
Ariyonna MThe truck was full of mosquitoes, slurped down gas like nothing I've ever driven before, and I got a random $220 charge at the start when my receipt said $80. Also it was very difficult to find parking for my car.
MATTHEW MNever actually met a person. Was all drop box, but without enough information to feel comfortable you were doing it correctly. No place to pull over in front of the shop. Drop off location was super confusing; no obvious place to leave the truck. The whole set-up made you feel like something wouldn't go right and would likely be charged extra because of lack of clarity.
