DID NOT choose coverage and they added it anyways. Wife when picking the trailer up did advise that we may need it a bit longer than 24 hours and staff there didn't see that as a problem and when it came back a few hours late and WELL AFTER they were closed and would not of been there to receive it, they charged us for an entire 2nd day and also charged us an additional 8 dollars for insurance coverage when we never chose it to begin with. When discussing the hours the clerk made NO EFFERT to mention that we could of done a 2 day rental that would of been less than being whacked for a full extra day. Rented no less than 2 dozen trailers over the past several years from both the Waterford and Clarkston Michigan locations and the service and accomodation was EXCEPTIONAL compared to this location. Can assure you we'll never go back and sure as hell would never recommend this location, even to my X mother in law! When we called for clarification the lady (Believe it was Holly) was cold, short and far less than accommodating. Hardly what we've ever experienced with any other U Haul location or rental.
