The gal helping me was outstanding. Very helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and made a great experience even better. I was quite pleased with the entire transaction and experience.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSuper people. Here, will go there to rent again Thanks
Vickie BJust as the last time I used a UHaul truck, there were problems with your computer system. Fortunately the employee at the location was patient with a good sense of humor or my anger would have had me on the phone to you. Your system would not accept the picture of my drivers license, repeatedly asking for a selfie of myself instead. Other things needed online had to be repeated. U-Haul is great at wasting time of those who want to use it.
Susan AHad an issue with the right equipment available. Owner and manager made it happen!
Ann SCustomer service was spot on, no issues is noted.
