The people at your location should know more about the U-Haul pick up and drop off. They knew nothing to tell me about mileage or taking pictures of the truck and it wasn’t their fault. When I dropped the truck off, I had to call to make sure that it was checked in. And it wasn’t checked in.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI paid for a dolly and one was not provided to me but was still charged 7.00 for it
NICOLE SI reserved a 15' truck at one location near my home in Council Bluffs, only to be told several days later that the truck I reserved was not available at that location and I was forced to pick up the truck from a different location further from my home, resulting in additional mileage fees to me for something out of my control. When I arrived to pick up the truck the clerk had no idea how to do the paperwork, therefore my checkout process took over 30 minutes to complete. This location was a convenient store and was clearly not equiped to rent moving trucks. i will not return.
