Great customer service. It was a smooth pickup and return. On-site management was awesome. Very smooth process. This is my second time in a year and both times were great. I highly recommend this location.

MICHAEL KNothing! they were Great!
Jacob DThis is NOT a concern about this dealership - but billing gets messed up alot, and the concern is directed toward system billing. When a billing error occurs, the dealership works it out quickly and is very helpful with everything. But I have to watch that the billing is not screwed up by the system.
Robert RProcess was simple, Char at the Covington facility helped with the initial reservation.
