Michele LAbsolutely nothing!!
pam wExcellent customer service. Highly recommend!!!! I will be sure to rent from you again if I need too.
James OI went to the place where I ordered the U-Haul and was sent to another location forcing me to pay for movers to sit there waiting at the house. She did not complete a walkaround of the vehicle and cover a checklist of the items included and what was missing. I spent $180 on blankets that were never opened or used during the entire trip. I opened a ticket and am hopeful the manager will do the right thing here and credit me back for my time and poor service from the representative.
