Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat customer service. Quick, friendly and professional. Very secure site. The process was quick and easy from start to finish. Will definitely rent from the same business next time we need a trailer or truck.
Bill FI had zero issues with this location itself, I booked online as u haul will only let you book online apparently, I selected a different location then Devon location entirely, showed up at location on my confirmation from u haul to find out there’s no truck for me, they changed the location of pick up and drop off without telling me, then I was billed for all the extra kms even after telling them this needs to be sorted out because I didn’t select this location, nobody cares just take your money for there mistake which costs me more and make them more money. Says opens at 10 am people don’t show up on time for work at nisku location. Devon location tried there very best and apologized for the issues and if it wasn’t for them calling me an hour after my pick up time wondering why I’m not there I wouldn’t have known and not had a truck to move.
Michael LThe ladies here are not only beautiful and super polite, but are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the process. Highly recommend this station.
Dana BThe primary highlight for us was working with this particular location. Very responsive and kind. Great experience. The equipment performed well as expected. . . in good order. Thank you so much and cheers.
