Truck was parked several blocks away, had only 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up. I saw 2 other groups of people during pickup/dropoff and everybody seemed confused as to where to go or what to do. When I called the service number, it took 3 dials before somebody responded.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe only reason I didn’t give 5⭐️ is because there was major construction (new building) RIGHT next door to the location/lock box, so the truck was parked across 4 lanes of traffic & a block down. I’m familiar with the neighborhood so it wasn’t a problem for me, but can see if someone that wasn’t would have an issue. A heads up would’ve been helpful. Also my pick up location was changed the day before, but an agent found another close location so it still worked out. All around + experience.
Juandrea KI was mistreated so poorly at pickup because the were misrepresenting the location that I decided to not move forward with the rental and the area manager has been harassing me and committed credit card fraud and charged me for thousands of miles of use when I drove around the block
THOMAS BI dealt with a man named Ed. He was so kind and helpful and I would definitely go back to him again he went above and beyond to help myself and my daughter, and I can’t thank him enough for his kindness
