Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisRoger is the best! we have multiple u haul locations around us and I won't go anywhere else!
KENNETH RI did drop off on a Sunday when no one was there. The key drop off locations was not clearly defined and marked. I had to call customer service to identify it
Starla JThe young man forgot my dolly that was my main complaint And I really needed it for the move waiting on the refund.
PAMELA aWHERE IS MY RECEIPT WITH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT WAS PAID!? I got a receipt from the link, but it doesn't show the amount I paid for the truck. I didn't get anything from the pickup location. He said it would be on the app. I don't want to use my data to send screen shots of my phone to my computer. I want my paid receipt from 8/26 or whenever I paid for the truck in advance. I WANT A PAPER RECEIPT. We need it to carry in the truck to show that we have rented it to police if they stop people. We need it to show that we have it insured. This dependence on our personal phones to do your job is unacceptable.
