The truck had a nail in the tire The fuel seemed like it had water in it The truck was dirty there was no washer fluid The wipers sucked I literally had to go get it washed. Steering was loose and a nightmare to drive. I will be renting from home Depot from now on. Plus you guys charged me an extra $900 bucks. I told you I'd be driving from Edmonton to Salmon arm and I got charged overage when that was never even explained to me. Terrible service terrible vehicles. I'm so glad I'm not invested in U-Haul as a business

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe app is absolutely awful to use. When registering myself or my dad as the driver, it refused to accept our phone numbers or email addresses since they were "already in use" (paraphrasing). Obviously they were in your system, that's how I booked the truck! I had to provide a fake phone number and email address just to get the truck.
Alex MThe location and their service was amazing but u-haul is ripping people off with false mileage costs
ChrysAnne NApp was showing 0.99 rate for kilometer but they charge me 1.56 around
Naresh RExcellent service received from the lady name is Abear The truck was a 20 footer and was perfect for my need moving from Edmonton t Spruce Grove household belongings. Would recommend U-Haul. Pickup and return of vehicle was easy, thanks to Abear (servicing representive)
