Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI’d like to request a refund for the utility dolly I reserved. I ordered and paid for one utility dolly with my truck rental, but when I picked up the truck, there was no utility dolly inside. Since I wasn’t able to use the equipment I paid for, I’d appreciate a refund for that charge.
