The price was totally different, they changed location without informing me and the guy that was helping was very slow and barely understood English! This company absolutely sucks!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBe sure to have the equipment on hand that is confirmed before the customer arrives. The gentleman on duty went above and beyond to assist me. Excellent customer service
jerome mClerk didn’t help me connect to the truck or show me it was done correctly
samuel mLot was full, had a hard time dropping off, no help from the lady in the store. I had to find a spot and unhook it myself.
Ronnie RThe owner of the store was not pleasant nor helpful. The truck's check engine light was on on the only 10 foot truck that was rented. I was informed to just drive it anyway. After I refuse to take the risk I was forced to rent a bigger truck & had to pay extra for it instead of exchanging it.
