Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe lady at the front desk was very friendly and the truck was in great condition
Crystal ONo one was there - they were suppose to open at 9 and we arrived at 10 and no one was there. It delayed our trip by 45 minutes which is unacceptable.
Emma CVery confusing as there is no staff. Especially with the random fees that they put on at the end of the rental. No one was able to walk me through any of it
Tyler BPam was very helpful and since we had to change our dates twice due to no fault of ours, and Pam was understanding and changed our times accordingly.
