Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLOCATION WAS GREAT, INSTRUCTIONS WERE EASY TO FOLLOW TO PICK THE TRUCK UP AND TO BRING BACK WITH THE KEY IN THE BOX . OVERALL I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND WILL RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR UHAUL.

Lana BNeed to make it easier to get the lock unlocked it was not easy
rita cMy reservation was changed to this location. It was a uhaul share location. Pulled into parking lot and no truck to be seen, business was closed, 118 degrees outside spend a half hour in the way, transferred 3 times. App was not working could not upload pictures. Overall horrid experience. I use uhaul for all our moves and am in the process of moving cross country right now with uhaul moving boxes and have another one set up for mid August. Debating cancelling and going with another service after this. If I did not already have the boxes in my driveway I would consider cancelling. Very dissatisfied long time customer who has probably spent 10-15k with you in all our moves
