Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery easy process to check-out my trailer. The property has plenty of space to move your vehicle and trailer around and exit the property. Check-in was also very easy. It was after hours and I used the app, place the trailer in the same location as pick-up and went home.
RENE ECustomer service was great. I would’ve liked cruise control on the vehicle and the ability to save radio stations, but oh well. 4.5*
MICHAEL GMy only complaint was the self checking process. Had to call U-Haul Customer Service for assistance, and the rep was super helpful. I recommend the online functions be engineered for a more user-friendly experience.
MICHAEL BIt was all good
