It was ants and little roaches in the front and back of the U-Haul. While driving across the causeway I noticed ants crawling over my arms and legs as well as the seat and door. Mainly coming from the driver side door

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck did not have A/C, plus the drivers door had a gap in it, so driving on the highway made it loud. Very uncomfortable
David FThe only thing I would suggest is to keep dollies and straps in all of the trucks. That was the only issue we had. Other than that, the service was great and the gentleman who helped us was very nice and professional and made the pick-up and drop-off easy. All in all, we had a very good experience, and will definitely use U-Haul again in the future.
Jennifer WPickup place was great. Excellent! But U-Haul app needs rebuilding.
Jose VUnit was ready and clean except gas level was 1/4 tank would have been better if it started out on a full tank
