Someone to check in the equipment upon arrival, and a printed receipt upon customer departure would be very helpful

Marcos UThis location is housed in an Exxon station. The “operator” may know how to run a station/convenience store, but he knew little about trailers. He hooked the trailer up to my truck hitch, gave me the thumbs up, and started to walk away. I checked to be sure the connection was good and the trailer lifted right off the ball. Someone less experienced with trucks and trailers would have left and would have lost the trailer down the road.
