Truck I rented had driver side mirror little broken making position of this mirror very difficult and unstable. I needed to reposition it few times while driving and back view was really hard causing drive unsafe. About extra charge for fuel I understand it was under contract although I was not aware and thought extra cost 0.89/mile it is for covering fuel. Finally my bill was doubled. 79$ initially and extra 81$ for fuel I drove 29miles total.

Thornor BCustomer service agent was very pleasant and helpful. Knows her job and does it well.
Floydetta HThis is not a comment on the location, which was excellent, but rather on the trailer itself. The roll up door is awful and gets easily stuck when cargo shifts. These need to be completely replaced by swinging doors or drop down door.
David Bkeep up the good job
