The location where I reserved online was changed last minute. The promised $50 credit for that was issued … but not until I called about it. Then the new location added a $15 insurance coverage that I explicitly rejected when I reserved online. I called. They said they’d take care of it. Today I received my receipt, and the charge was still on the charges. Not a good experience.

Casandra MThe customer service staff were unprofessional and discourteous. She didn’t even bother to check my reservation and quickly told me they didn’t have a truck, despite my confirmed reservation. She escalated the issue to the manager, who made matters worse by talking down to me about needing the truck. I have rented from this location in the past without issues. The lack of customer service from the staff and management at this location is alarming, and U-Haul needs to address it. I personally would not recommend this location as a first choice to anyone. I suggest people look to other locations first before considering this one.
TUNDE LFront desk rude and unprofessional. Trucks dirty in the inside and run bad .
