This location was over 50 miles from my home (O'Fallon), so traveling to and from this location (100 miles+) caused a delay in my being able to load the vehicle which also caused a delay in my departure and a need to reschedule hotel reservations. Also, I didn't know I had to pick up the vehicle at this location (Jerseyville) until I went to the location (O'Fallon) where I was ensured I could pick it up, as I was not informed until the day of pick up. Very disappointing, frustrating, and inconvenient.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEveryone was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
Michel SDuring normal business hours the service is probably fine however I was on site for almost 30 minutes not being able to get a key for the truck, due to this being an unmanned facility. No one answered the phone number it said to call. When the owner showed up to get keys for someone else he seemed annoyed that I was there and he didn't know I was waiting. The check in and check-out process is time consuming. It's anoying to have to answer all the questions about services I dont need, everytime I rent a truck.
Brian AFront desk was very helpful, pick up was smooth.
