I will not use u haul anymore you never have trucks available I reserved a truck 3 weeks in advance and the day before I was moving I get a call no equipment we can send you to another location which is out of my area and in a bad neighborhood

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI reserved a truck in person at the U-haul moving and storage 4200 w Jefferson Street Joliet,IL. Even though the truck was there they changed the pickup location to this place. I specifically requested an 8:00AM pickup. I received a phone call telling me my pickup location had changed. When I went to the new location it didn't open till 10:00AM. The online check in process was terrible! Nothing but problems wasted 45 minutes in the parking lot. Then when I returned for drop off they wanted me to do online checkout! There were 2 employees that weren't busy. I refused the online return process and made the employee do her job. Customer service was terrible not sure if I would do this again.
BRIAN LI was originally supposed to return it to a U-Haul location however, the employees at that location turned me down and told me they could not help me and then I would have to go to the gallery of mattress store when I went to that store they were initially unsure what to do because they already had their one truck in stock that they usually keep on hand. They quickly contacted their manager to do to get direction for what they needed to do and were able to assist me perfectly unlike the U-Haul location in Joliet.
Kevin CThe truck was very bumpy and dirty, it also turned off 5 times between the traffic with the risk that it would have an accident and put my life in danger and when I returned it the managers of the business where I rented it only said that someone had happened to him the same thing but when they gave it to me they didn't say anything and that's very bad
