Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisReturning the truck was difficult. I had to take pictures and sign off on the condition when I picked up the truck. However dropping it off I was told to just leave it and I would get a receipt. That is not acceptable. You need to have experienced people at the desk to complete the transaction. Plus the gentleman the front desk clerk spoke with on the phone would not give her clear direction and I was told to just leave and they would check it in later. Finally after the 3rd call back to him he told her to take pictures and hung up on her. Not good customer service on this end of the transaction.
Steve HIt was very easy to pick up the truck.
