Barbara HThere was an issue with communication with my booking for a 7 AM pick up. I had to go back at 9 AM when they opened up instead of using the lockbox for the key. The personnel were helpful and friendly.

Gwen JThis is more of a gripe on U-Haul than Discount Auto Sales. It'd be nice to get a heads up when equipment that I have rented is not available at that pickup location. After discount informed me that they did not have an utility and appliance dolly, I ended up calling another location that said that they had them. They only had a utility dolly. To be fair, she was new and did not appear to know the difference. I then drove to another rental center to get the utility dolly. This was 90 minutes that I could have been loading the truck in the cooler part of the day.
