The property was so small we had to get the truck from another location because there was no place for the previous renter to drop it off. The manager was very kind and helpful but it took quite a while to get the truck.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWas supposed to be open Sun until 4:30 pm ... called office number and owner said they are closed on Sunday. Had to wait for owner to come from home and accept truck. Took 3 days to process check in. Invoice showed $20 fee for after houurs check in. Called Uhaul Corp and got this charge reversed.
LANSING EWe had our pickup scheduled for 10AM when the location opens and the owner didn't show up until 10:20 with his wife. The experience was overall unprofessional and disorganized.
Brian PWhen can I except and refund of the difference that I paid?
