They were not there at the time I was supposed to pick up the trailer. They came 1/2 hour later and helped me hook it up but then didn’t know how to help me with the app. Which resulted in issues later.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt was pretty clean. Charged $1.99 per mile!!! Way over normal pricing, according to what I saw on the internet. Should have shopped around for a better deal, that’s a lesson learned. Person at storage place was nice & friendly. Wipers need replacing, rr tire low(lit on dash). Put in air & still read low. Traction lit on dash stayed on, was supposed to get a hand truck, was charged for it, not in truck. Will call tomorrow when they open to speak to someone about a refund. Made for a much harder move. Also no ramps on the truck. ? Convenient location. Overall not the greatest but it all worked out.
William AThe man at the desk was pleasant and helpful, however, when I returned my truck I was told it would be an additional $85 for gas! He did correct the error but I have not been reimbursed

Jacquelie QThe people running the shops were great. The app was terrible. It wouldn't register my location so I had to depend on the shops tracking the milage correctly. I turned on my location and have it all the time access and it still wouldn't work. I also put all my license and drivers information in prior to the reservation and it still made me do it all over when I picked up the truck which was frustrating. But everything else was pretty painless and it was a nice vehicle very clean and it was safe. Thanks Uhaul!
