Customer rep was available and helpful to a first-timer. Facility was very accessible and right on highway.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis rating doesn’t reflect second drop off site. Original drop off site was no longer a uhaul site. When I contacted uhaul they knew it didn’t exist. But it was still listed on their website.
Dennis CCustomer service was great- ease of pick up and hook up of trailer
Joe FMy concerns had nothing to do with the Lockhart location. I really think they wanted to be helpful. Unfortunately once a dispute was submitted for charges that were not consistent with what the truck was originally intended, the wrong decision was made by the dispute team.
Theresa BWith my most recent rental, the cab of the truck was really dirty and smelled heavily of cigarettes. My rental a few months ago was perfect! She was super nice and the truck was spotless. That was what made me come back the last time.
