Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOur 10 foot Truck we rented was spotless & ran like a race car! The owner Nick from Nuts & Bolts was very helpful and pleasant. His location was easy to find, he had moving supplies available on site and ready to purchase.
Thomas BFriendly people. Easy pick up.
Edward HCan always rely on Nut n Volts to have what we need. Easy in & out every time. Highly recommend!
Maureen CI was called the day before drop off and told my drop off location didn’t work, no explanation. I missed the call so the voicemail said call back and gave me the standard number. I did not receive any call beyond the one failed attempt to reach me. When I called back I had to wait on hold for an hour to help uhaul fix their issue with my reservation, and they wound up sending me to Lombard instead of a drop off location in Lincoln park. The whole experience was bad.
