Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo one was at drop off location. Key drop box was hanging open unsecured - other keys were in the box and could have easily been taken. Location did not feel safe.
Lesley SVery helpful location staff. I will definitely use them again.
MICHAEL SThe owner/manager was very helpful over the phone. However, there was no one physically on-site, despite the fact that my pickup was during business hours (3:00PM). This meant my father and I had to lift the trailer onto his hitch. Most U-Haul locations have a lift to make this easier (there was one at the drop off location). For this reason, I would not recommend this location to others for trailer rentals because I don't want them to stain their back lifting the trailer.
Candice WI originally reserved at Napier Ave. and THEY DIDN"T HAVE A TRUCK FOR ME despite the reservation. I drove to this location WITHOUT a reservation and got a truck.
