I usually get a well clean, well taken care of truck. But I feel like this time I was given the worst out of the bunch. It was all rusted out inside to where I couldn’t even put my seat up and had to drive with my tiptoe. It almost looked like this truck had either had rain damage inside or caught in a flood. Very disappointed. I was also contacted saying the truck I rented was going to the shop and I was going to be upgraded to a bigger truck but I don’t think that happened either. Not pleased with my rental experience this time.
