Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFor whatever reason, when doing self check out, they were going to charge extra, which was an error. Ashley in the office was great at helping us, especially since we arrived just after closing on a Friday afternoon she stayed to help and was able to get in touch with Carlos, the district manager and send him the information he needed. He took care of the error and made sure we were charged the correct amount. I appreciate his help as well.
John WI was asked to fill the tank up to half full. I took a picture of the gas levels pre-and post and I put more in the gas tank than what I received. Still I was charged over $20 for the extra gas.
nick aLocation was closed when drop off was made at about 1:30p on 12.24.25, so I left the keys in drop box after calling the number on the window sign.
Jeffery JConvenient location for this need, but the truck we got was covered in bugs outside and filthy inside with dirt and spilled soda. Very unusual experience as we rent with uhaul a lot.
