Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDecolas was an easy pickup site. They were professional and answered all our questions and helped to arrange help for loading and unloading our belongings.
Diana SI hesitate to give a rating because when i went to pick up the trailer I had too physically move other trailers to get to the one I was picking up. I am 65 years old and just recovering from shoulder surgery. The rental agent was super nice and very efficient. The trailer should have been readily accessible; I feel that I should have been compensated or rebated for the physically having to move other trailers, one of which was a car hauler to be able to get the one I needed.
