I hesitate to give a rating because when i went to pick up the trailer I had too physically move other trailers to get to the one I was picking up. I am 65 years old and just recovering from shoulder surgery. The rental agent was super nice and very efficient. The trailer should have been readily accessible; I feel that I should have been compensated or rebated for the physically having to move other trailers, one of which was a car hauler to be able to get the one I needed.
