Truck given with very little fuel. There is no parking. Also, fees were vague and not articulated even when asked directly.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI did the online process with the app and then it told me to go inside to get my key when I attempted to do that. The clerk told me he could cannot activate my truck. He tried to call an 800 number for help you got a voicemail so then I attempted to call the 800 number and they told me that I should just be able to pick up the key no problem. I did everything I was supposed to I then had to hand my phone over to the clerk where the U-Haul representative told him to hand me the key. I had the same problem returning my truck. It took extra time to start my moving day Also, the truck was fairly low on gas. I think the truck should come with at least a half a tank. I’ve never had this problem before moving is stressful enough and just did not help.
Luana NVery nice and helpful people.
Nancy LMy move went smoothly thanks to this business. Only thing I would recommend is a notice letting customers know that any additional rental equipment for the move involves a trip to the UHaul location in Concord. Other than that, it was a great experience. Thanks
