I made a “reservation” two weeks in advance and couldn’t get the proper trailer in the location I wanted. What is the point of reserving in advance when I had to change my decision a day before? Gross trailer, out of my way, and no one to help when I got to the yard. Luckily I can move trailers by hand because the one I was assigned was in a back row BEHIND other trailers.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey had no clue what was going on with my rental and wanted to charge me extra. The truck was bit swept out either. This whole moving experience with U-haul was a nightmare! The issue was more the company and not the individual dealer! Head Office was the issue!!

JOHANNES JThe location wasn't open and I had to come back for my deposit refund. Then I was told I couldn't have it and it would be refunded by check. After contacting customer service my complaint was resolved but the owner lied and said I requested a check. He also continued to argue with me and say I requested a check even though I had a witness with me. Again terrible customer service.
Crystal LThe equipment was not ready to go. I should have looked at it closer as the front wheel bearing on the 26 foot U-Haul van was shot which created a problem for me to have the truck towed after I had loaded it and get it brought to Saskatoon and unloaded and reload onto a different one.
