Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisExcellent service!
Anthony AFor the drop off, the employee met me outside as I drove up...helped me park the trailer just right...speedy checkout, really good
Max VThey were Prompt efficient , knowledgeable and above all friendly.
Tidings MThe customer service at the physical location was fine, but U-Haul's automated billing system had a major glitch. The system incorrectly logged the starting fuel level, which automatically hit me with a fraudulent $16 gas charge on my final receipt. I had to submit photographic proof to customer service to get my refund processed. The corporate software needs to fix how it tracks fuel levels between renters.
