The men sent to unload the truck were terrific. They took great care when unloading heavy items. JJ was so easy to work with.

Kela JMy 24-hour reservation was to start at 1 PM on 9/30/26. No one was at the DEVOES store. We finally obtained access to the van remotely at 1:30 PM. Brought van back before 1 PM on 10/1/26. DEVOS over-billed us for adding another $19.95 daily rate plus an additional Safe Mover $15.00 charge. I was over-charged $34.95 plus the tax on that amount. I want a refund of the overcharge immediately. DEVOS's Receipt for Contract No. 87133312 states that the van was returned at 3:48 PM on 10/1/26 which is a lie.
Lawrence PExcellent renting experience. Will definitely return here for future rentals.
