Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis branch couldn’t print out a full contract receipt after I returned the rental. I needed it for my file to claim tax write offs.

Laura EThank you
Janett NIt's been a long time since I've needed to rental U-Haul and boy have things changed. The people were nice and the facility was as well. The truck was okay. My main issue the new rental process. Though I fully understand the reasons for it, I'm not happy with having to have my picture taken and my driver's license scanned like a common criminal. Additionally, I don't know what happens to my data once it goes into your system. I guess this the way business is being conducted now but I'll be on the lookout for other companies that don't do business like this. The one thing I've learned is if you don't the way a company does business use a different company.
