Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe person was not there at time of drop off, so I again did not get any paperwork. A receipt was emailed but had all zeros on it, so it did not indicate what I actually paid for the rental. I was not happy with the lack, or should I say no paperwork in my hand throughout the entire rental.
david tExtremely easy process. Would definitely recommend.
Julie PHe was very nice and helpful.
dan sI was never told about the after hours 20.00 fee where I could have just avoided it by using the app to return my truck. Not cool at all!
