Added warranty I did not ask for without telling me. Still haven’t got it removed.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMoving can be stressful and complicated but not here. Very friendly and helpful and supportive. Customer service was excellent. Communication was top notch. Thank you VERY much!
Heidi TThe person I dealt with was very easy to deal with and practical. The actual location was a somewhat crowded repair shop, but that was not a problem. The owner accommodated the needs I had and was available when I was late for the original pickup. He made it a very good experience.
James LAccess to shop is on Riverside so it's busy but Jose is a wonderfully knowledgeable gentleman. It is based out of his Automotive Shop as well. The vehicle drove well and I'm glad to get the insurance cause you never know. All in all, Jose is the one to go to if you need a small truck and car trailer!
James COwner was very nice and helpful. Location was extremely difficult to get a trailer in and out of. Had to park across the street.
