This location couldn't be found on the Uhaul site when I was trying to check out. I was finally able to speak with someone with Uhaul and was told I had to contact customer service yo have them manually enter the address info for my return. Website wouldn't work when trying to take pictures of the truck after dropping. I sent an email regarding this issue.

Check-in took 40–50 minutes just to get the keys because customer support was extremely slow and the emergency contact requirements were misleading. The app said at least one contact was required, I verified one, and then I was told I needed two. This lack of transparency wasted my time and put my entire schedule at risk. To make matters worse, the truck reeked of marijuana, and there were what appeared to be weed buds left inside. Completely unacceptable, especially for anyone transporting children. Poor customer service, unnecessary delays, and an unacceptable vehicle condition. I would not recommend this service and will never rent from them again

James RThe U-Haul app needs work. I was unable to start the pickup process through it nor was I able to start the return process through it. I had to do everything through the website, which is fine, but everything kept referring me to the app - that didn’t have the actions available I needed.
