Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI did not like that a u-haul location 35 miles away tried to undercut my local dealer, stating, through email, that my only guaranteed pickup location was Pend-Orielle Idaho. Support your small town local dealers. Kristine on Bobier Rd. Hwy 20 was excellent with both service and communication.
Kriss CLocation is great. Attendant is wonderful and a delight to deal with for rentals. Great location. App can use some improvement. When sending my driver's license to u haul it was there for the attendant, but not accepting it at first until reloaded and resent a couple of times. Also when I returned it after hours it was a bit clumsy sending in the pictures of the equipment and took a couple of tries to get to go through. If it worked correctly it would be a flawless experience, so you guys are almost there. Thanks a bunch.
